The brainchild of founder Camilla Fayed, Farmacy Kitchen brings a taste of the countryside to major cities through integrating biodynamic farming in an urban environment. Stemming from her passion for sustainable cooking, Fayed helped forge the way for organic, plant-based restaurants throughout London, and is now testing her skills in the big apple.

A modern approach to all natural cuisine, Farmacy Kitchen is known for selling health syringes filled with various herbal remedies such as ginger, turmeric, cayenne and lemon, in addition to delicious, guilt-free food. The restaurant’s menu re-interprets classic dishes like burgers, salads, pizzas and nachos through a holistic lens. In addition to its edible offerings, Farmacy Kitchen has expanded its horizons to also sell natural candles and tote bags, ethically sourced mugs and plates, as well as the “Farmacy Kitchen Cookbook,” which instructs readers on how to create their own plant-based cuisine.
Farmacy Kitchen will be open at Chef’s Club Counter through February 2020 and is a must go for health conscious New Yorkers yearning for a taste of all natural countryside cuisine.
