Manhatta
New York, NY
Though New York-based restauranteur Danny Meyer might be most famously known as the proprietor of Shake Shack, Meyer’s world famous Union Square Hospitality Group recently added a new upscale eatery to their impressive roster of New York City neighborhood hot spots. The restaurant group’s latest culinary venture ‘Manhatta’ – named after Walt Whitman’s poem “Mannahatta” - is bringing seasonal and soulful French flavors to downtown New York. Perched sixty stories atop lower Manhattan, the sky-high ‘new American bistro’ boasts floor-to-ceiling windows that offer a 360-degree of the city. With menu offerings to satisfy the pickiest of eaters, it’s safe to say Manhatta is as much a feast for the eyes as it is for the taste buds. A ‘must go’ hotspot that should be atop everyone’s to do list!
