Built around the idea of a robata, the center place of traditional Japanese homes, Tetsu’s menu is presented by cooking method – Raw, Grilled, Fried, Sizzling – plus stews, noodles and rice dishes. All items are served family style and are meant to be shared. Daily fish specials will be available, as well as Chef Masa’s first-ever burger.
