Quirky Objects by Petit h
Founded in 2010 under the artistic direction of Pascale Mussard, Petit h is Hermès’ laboratory for (re)creation. Devoted to reusing excess materials or diverting, and transforming otherwise defunct Hermès merchandise not meeting the French house’s standards of excellence, the quirky objects designed and manufactured under the Petit h line are alluring treasures that withhold the brand’s devotion to unparalleled craftsmanship.
Often made of leather, wood, fabric and exotic skins from repurposed scarves, accessories, and home goods, these ingenious objects for everyday use range from decorative animals and colorful, crocodile-covered stools and tissue boxes, to clocks, jewelry, key chains, bags, ornaments and fantasy craftsman objects, inspired by the timeless simplicity of tools. Mussard and her daring design office work with a select group of artists from around the world to handcraft unique objects that make up each Petit h collection.
Petit h items are available at select Hermès stores and in limited quality online, visit Hermès at 17, rue de Sèvres in Paris for the best selection!
